First round lot sales will start on October 8, 2021
The first round of sales of 23 building lots will start on October 8, 2021, at 3pm. We will open the sales round with a housing market on the estate. Between 3pm and 6pm you are welcome on the estate to get information regarding the first round. De Kavelwinkel and realtor Klijsen Makelaars & Adviseurs will answer all your questions.
Registration and drawing
To be eligible we will ask you to register. The lots will then be drawn by the project solicitor. We have chosen for a longer registration period so that everyone has time to make a deliberate decision. During the housing market we will provide you with more information and announce the sales prices over a nice drink.
Register for the housing market
Would you like to attend the housing market? Please register with realtor Klijsen Makelaars & Adviseurs by sending an e-mail to nieuwbouw@klijsen.nl and book a time slot. Please let us know whether you will be attending with 1 or 2 persons and which time slot has your preference. Please note that children below the age of 12 do not need to register. The following time slots are available:
- 3pm to 4pm
- 4pm to 5pm
- 5pm to 6pm
Klijsen Makelaars & Adviseurs will confirm your registration to the event. There is the chance that your preferred time slot will not be available anymore when you register. The realtors will offer you a different time slot if possible. If all time slots are fully booked, they will inform you about the sales prices and procedure by e-mail on October 11.
Entry with Covid certificate only
Please note that we follow the current Covid regulations. This means that you will need to show a valid Covid certificate to be able to attend the event.
Receive information in case of inability to attend
Are you not able to attend the event, but you would like to receive information regardless? Please contact the realtor by sending an e-mail to nieuwbouw@klijsen.nl. They will provide you with all information from October 11.

PARKING TIP
Do you come by car? Please note that parking is only possible at Vimmerik 9b, 5253 CB Nieuwkuijk (industrial area Nieuwkuijk). Then follow Duizendstappenlaantje to get to the hiking area and the castle. Parking on Kasteellaan is not allowed.
